With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael William Ranville of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, whose life came to an end on July 19, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Ranville and Dorothy M. Ranville (Wallace). He is survived by: his wife Carol (Schaafsma) of Charlotte; his daughter Mara of New York; and his siblings, Donald, David, Dennis, Mary, Martin, Gerard and Laurice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pray Funeral Home (401 W Seminary St, Charlotte, MI 48813). A rosary will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (807 St Marys Blvd, Charlotte, MI 48813).
