She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson and Mary Ann Nelson; and her sister-in-law Betty Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Cuff (Katie) and Jessica Garcia (Carlos); her grandchildren, Alexis Henning, Brianna Cuff, Makenzie Wilson, Harley Cuff, Ryan J. Cuff, Brianna Haan, Michael Brown, Carlos David Garcia, Jr., Aliyah Gabrielle Garcia and Titus Rio Garcia; and her brothers, Mike Nelson, Jim Nelson (Carol), Jerry Nelson (Tammy) and Tommy Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
