He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Johnson and Bessie L. Johnson (Whitaker); his cousin Charlie Johnson; and also Carol Johnson (Vaag). He is survived by: his children, Eileen Fhaner (Jerry), Janette Miller (Dan), Doug Johnson (Tom Alton), Jim Kirk and John Johnson (Randi); and his grandchildren, Nicole Miller, Heather Miller, Willie Huhn, Ryan Miller (Dani), Allison Williams (Jordon) and Kylie Judd (Skiland). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pray Funeral Home (401 W Seminary St, Charlotte, MI 48813). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Center Eaton Cemetery (2093 Narrow Lake Rd, Charlotte, MI 48813).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests The American Diabetes Foundation or Hospice of Michigan for memorial gifts.
