He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sisters, Louise Holman (Chris) and Laraine Matthews; his sisters-in-law, Robin Cook (Wayne) and Barb Frazier (Dirk); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Brainard, Kerry Verdi (John), Allyson Robinson (Jeremy), Andrew Holman (Ashlee), Aaron Holman (Michaela), David Matthews, Erin Cohoon (Ben), Ben Cook (Kristi), Melissa Chapman, Elise Silsby-Flores (Carlos), Kelsey Silsby, Matthew Swab (Marissa) and Ashley Swab; Ray. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
