We bid farewell to Roger Lee Carpenter of Charlotte, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 4, 2026 at the age of 86. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roger touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carpenter and Laurel Carpenter (Bowser); and his brothers, Frank and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Brian (Sherry), Steve (Kimberly) and Chris (Christy); and his siblings, Doug (Nelda), Barb Lucas and Joyce Carpenter. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
