He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gareiss and Doris Gareiss (Stouder); and his brothers, Lantis D. Gareiss and Neil Gareiss. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Gareiss; his children, Tonya Schnitz (Tim), Christina Binkley (Monty), Derek Gareiss (Samantha), Teia Zischke (Amie) and Coyne Gareiss (Amber); his sister Beverly Hanff; and his sister-in-law Candy Gareiss. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
