He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hoggard and Ellouise Hoggard (Johnston); and his uncles, Len Johnston and Wallace Johnston. He is survived by: his cousin Marie Wilson (Ron); his wife Margaret (MacNeill); his son Andrew Hoggard (Shannon Vanderhorst); his sister Marilynn; his aunts, Fern Johnston and Lynda Barney; his cousins, Ed (Carolyn), Lori (Sam) and Melanie (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Neil, Gillian MacNeill (Dibb), Heather and Laurent MacNeill-Pennacchio. He is also survived by two grandsons and one granddaughter.
