He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Peg Fraizer and Joe Fraizer. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Frazier and Rebecca Frazier (Moore); his son Keelian; his brother Joe Fraizer (Angie); his niece Katie; his nephews, Caleb and Cam; his grandparents, Linna Meese and Bill Moore; and his cousin Bradley Malkowsi. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
