He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Carlson (Maki) and Henry Carlson; his wife Alice Carol Heikkinen; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his son Dan (Kathleen) of Suamico, WI; his daughter-in-law Kim Carlson of Hudsonville, MI.; his grandchildren, Eric Carlson (Samantha), Kaleigh Carlson, Abigail Carlson, Laura Michaels (Graham), Elizabeth Carlson (Raphael Stulz), Matthew Carlson and Anya Carlson (Nick Gasser); and his great grandchildren, Lenora, Eloise and Calvin.
