Barbara Ann Baleda Obituary

We announce the death of Barbara Ann Baleda of Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 91. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Baleda; her parents, Henry Amour and May St. Amour (Percy); her children, Mark Baleda and Karen Archambo; her grandson John Archambo; and her sister Patricia Gahn.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Baleda and Lynne Oxley; and her grandchildren, Carl Oxley (Megan), Stacy Oxley, Courtney Archambo and Ashleigh Stranaly (Scott). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bishop Baraga Schools.
