She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forrester and Inez Susan Siefen (Huntley); her husband William "Elmer" Hackelberg; and her children, Sandra and Steven.
She is survived by: her children, William (Vicky), Shirley Marie Moilenan, Robert, Judy and Mark (Dawn). She is also survived by numerous grand child and great grandchildren.
