Charles Atkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Atkins of Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on February 3, 2026 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Yoko Atkins and Robert "Bob" Atkins; his nephew Anthony Atkins; and his father-in-law Joe Tryban. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Tryban; his children, Matthew and Clare; his brother Rob Atkins (Beth); his nieces and nephews, Jacob (Bella Ludwig), Wyatt Atkins (Taylor Lee), Bram and Maryn Podoll; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Levie Belle and Vivienne Lee Atkins; his sister-in-law Joellen Podoll (Nate); and his mother-in-law Mary Ellen Tryban.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chiefs Touchdown Club or checks made out to SAFCU (Atkins in memo) to further Matthew and Clare's education.
