He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hayward-Collins (Eric Collins), Douglas Hayward III, Heather Hayward (Jon Clemens), Loni Hayward-Longtine (Lee Longtine) and Amanda Hayward (Nikki Lovell); his siblings, Margie Hayward-Prieskorn and Walt Hayward (Annie); his grandchildren, Sierra Wilkins-Montano (Daniel Montano), Douglas Hayward IV, Breanna Collins, Eric Collins Jr., Leyla Hayward and Maisie Longtine; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Darling and Rachel Montano.
