We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Gail Ann Carter of Cheboygan, Michigan, born in Davison, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Uptegraff and Vera Uptegraff (Lane); her son Gary Carter; and her siblings, Don Uptegraff and Bonnie Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Keeler (Vicki) of Grand Blanc, Kathleen Benson (Tim) of Lapeer and Karen Carter of Lapeer; her grandchildren, William Mallery, Patrick Keeler, Shane Keeler (Samantha) and Chelsea Dinnan (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Jaden, Jeremiah, Isabelle (Aaron), Andrew, Addison, Alivia, Emerson and Ella.

Memorial contributions are encouraged to Paradise Animal Rescue.
