She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Merchant and Zelma Merchant (Bashaw); her husband James Edward Bellant; her daughter Pamela; her grandchildren, Stacie, Ronald and Matthew; and her sisters, Delores and Joyce Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Fockler of Boyne City, Lacie Cook of Boyne Falls, James Bellant of East Jordan, Johnathon Bellant of Ludington, Jeffrey Bellant (Sheila) of East Jordan, Kelly Bellant (April) of Boyne City and Melissa Doehring (Angela) of Cartersville, Georgia; her grandchildren, Christopher, Brianna, Jessaleigh, James, Joni, Jonathon, Alyssa, Heather, Jeffrey, Kelly, Courtney, Clifford, Shaina, Kayla, Marissa, Sarah, Edward, Crystal, Cassandra, Katrina, Sammy, Justin and Jamie; and her brother Robert Baxter (Deb). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
