He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Nanegos and LaRaine Nanegos; his children, Johnathan Nanegos and Baby Nanegos; and his brother-in-law Ray Trousdale.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Nanegos, YaLynn Nanegos, James Nanegos and Jenny Nanegos; his grandsons, Cameron, Gabriel and Nero; and his siblings, Jean Trousdale, Jerri Lynn Barker (Gary), Barbara Morrill, Ruth Charbonneau and Bernard "John" Morrill.
