She is survived by: her children, Lilah Mae Lynn and Tanner Marsh; her mother Carol; her stepfather Frank Tolstyka III; her father Ronald "Scott" Provo; her brother Corey Provo; her niece Lucy Provo; her grandparents, Patricia, Ronald Provo and Jacquie Tolstyka; and her pet Roman. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
