We bid farewell to Lee Hanson of Cheboygan, Michigan, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 17, 2025 at the age of 90. Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hanson and Myrtle Hanson; and his in-laws, Mervil, Minnie Kaufman, Merle Kaufman and Philip Hellestad.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hanson; his daughters, Bonnie Orr (David), Lori Hungerbuhler (Walt), Karen Burrus (Trent) and Tami McNitt (Paul); his grandchildren, Kara (JonMark), Tyler, Adam, Anna, Curt (Brittany), Alicia (David), Briana (Nick), Jared (Ally), Caleb (Steph) and Derek; his sister Janet Hellestad; and his in-laws, Jack Kaufman, Sue Gilbertson (Brian) and Dawn Wolff.
