With sadness, we share the passing of Marvin Fish of Cheboygan, Michigan. Marvin, born on August 8, 1957, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Fish and Gloria Shampine (DeMara); his stepfather Richard Shampine; his brother Tim Fish; and his nephew Michael Ostwald.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Fish (Jessie) and Elisha Laninga (Adam); his siblings, Christine Ostwald (Tim), Randy Fish (Lori), Rich Shampine and Craig Shampine; and his grandchildren, Andrew Laninga and Emilia Laninga. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nordman-Christian Funeral Home (302 S Huron St, Cheboygan, MI 49721). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
