He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crouch and Charlene Crouch (Baker); and his siblings, Valorie, Karen and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Serita; his children, Stephen of Cheboygan, Rob Gammon of Washington State, Sarah of Cheboygan and Jenn of California; his brothers, Aaron and Darrell; his grandchildren, Hailey McBee of Boyne Falls, Todoe of Cheboygan, Gray Dole and Hayzle Stewart; and his great grandchild Lydia Treasure. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
