He was predeceased by: his father Louis Payne. He is survived by: his mother Noreen Mendyka (Burkhart); his siblings, Richard Mendyka (Alexis), Mindy Mendyka (Jakeb) and Shane Mendyka; his niece Olivia Mendyka; and his nephew Jesse Mendyka.
