He was predeceased by: his brother Gregory. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Phillips and Geraldine Phillips (Kwiatkowski); and his sisters, Sharone Jewell (Robert), Katherine Whitman (Wade) and Anne Whitman (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
