Veronica B. Gildner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veronica B. Gildner of Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on December 4, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wangler and Flora Wangler (O'Connor); and her husband Ernie. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gildner, Michael Gildner (Cathy), Catherine Ptasnik (Stephen), Martin Gildner (Denise), Ann Gildner (Bruce Cranham), John Gildner (Michelle) and Gregory Gildner (Candi); and her siblings, Dennis, Donald, Vernon, Joseph, Jr., Patricia, Sister Verona and Sister Michelle. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Vera's name can be made to Bishop Baraga Schools or Cheboygan Area Schools Scholarship funds, and Humane Society.
