She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomson. She is survived by: her children, John Thomson (Diane) of Dexter, MI and Aimee Gassman (Steve) of Colorado Springs, CO; her granddaughters, Lindsay, Molly and Katherine Gassman; her stepchild Lynn Shavinsky (John) of Fairfield, CT; her grandsons, Michael, Andrew Shavinsky and Debbi Spencer of Westland, MI; her stepson Bryan Young of Petoskey, MI; her granddaughters, Samantha, Ashley Young and Jordan Christensen (Luke); Alan Young.
