He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Kovick and Jeanette Kovick (Palenshus); and his brother Tony Kovick. He is survived by: his children, Alan Rabe of Wisconsin, Marty Frick of Wisconsin, Lisa Kovick (Todd Stoddart) of Redford and Chuck Kovick (Jill) of Chelsea; his siblings, Michael Kovick (Kari) of Virginia and Nadene Wilson (Jim); his grandchildren, Thomas, Brandon, Jacob, Tyler, Colin, Lainey, Brenton, Colton, Duston and Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Landon, Elaina, McKenna, Kelsey and Kinley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chelsea Rod and Gun Club (7103 Lingane Rd, Chelsea, MI 48118).
Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, c/o of the Chelsea Senior Center.
