He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Earl and Shirley Ann Layher (Toney). He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Traugott (Chris) of Chelsea and Kimberly Rosario (Jorge) of Chelsea; the mother of his children Terri Bollinger of Chelsea; his brother Jeff Layher (Karen) of Grass Lake; his grandchildren, Lidia, Braylon and Gibson; and his nieces, Erin Trotter and Sarah Taylor.
