He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Kenney and Helen Kenney (Scollon); his mother-in-law Regina E. "Tina" (Eder); his daughter Brenda Buss; and his siblings, Loretta, Virginia, John, Andrew, Clare, Sharon, Janet, Betty and Tommy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Gieske (Mary Ann Doletzky) of Dexter and Brandi Hackworth (TJ) of Jackson; his son-in-law Darrin Buss; his grandchildren, Samantha Early (Andrew), Steven Buss (Christina), Garrett Gieske (Shannan Roth), Dillon Hackworth and Hunter Hackworth; his great grandchildren, Parker, Connor, Brendan Early, Henry Buss and Masen Roth; and his siblings, David Kenney (Linda) of Owosso, Patricia King of Owosso and Mary Tomasek (Dan) of Owosso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
