It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason M. Maihofer of Chelsea, Michigan, who passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Maihofer; and his in-laws, John and Deborah Osborne. He is survived by: his mother Diane Maihofer (Drabczyk) of Olivet; his wife Melinda (Osborne); his children, Katie Harris of Olivet, Jacie Velez (David) of Manchester, Ariel Bentz (Bryan) of Howell and Chase Maihofer of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Layluh, Logan, Addalyn, Maverick, Reagan, Isabelle, Weston and Baker; and his brother Robert II Maihofer (Chad) of Chicago.
