He is survived by: his wife Lynette Ford; his children, Mark, Melissa Thomsen (Gregory), Matthew and Michael; his grandchildren, Logan, Gavin and Chloe Thomsen; his siblings-in-law, Tom, Christine Ford, Jeff and Julie Ford; his niece LeeAnn Ford; and his nephew Brian Ford.
