He is survived by: his father George Kubicki (Judi); his wife Kelly Marie (Mahony); his children, Kyle, Kristopher and Kaitlin Kubicki; his mother Lynn Cartwright (Cartwright); and his siblings, Eric Kubicki (Judy), Natalie Wagner (Steve), Stephanie Gallo (Nick) and Kimberly Kennicott (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
