He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles August and Margaret Ethel Fultz (Everetts); his wife Audrey Constance Wheeler; and his brother Elbert Fultz. He is survived by: his children, Douglas W. Fultz (Susan K. Wagner) of Lisbon, Wisconsin and Nancy H. Fultz of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Paul, Andrew, Stacy, Rachel and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Brennan, Brenda, Michael, Adrianna, Justice, Kayleigh, Kiersten, Emily and Eric; and his brother Charles "Warren" Fultz of Chicago, Illinois..
