He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ouweneel and Beatrice Ouweneel (Burrows); and his brother William Ouweneel. He is survived by: his wife Sally; and his children, Cheryl Carlson (Ernest), Karen Peters (David) and Keith Ouweneel (Cari). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
