It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Therese Ann Smoke of Chelsea, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gerard Deziel, Norma Deziel, Rita LeBlanc and Jeannine Strayhorn; and her parents, Adelard Deziel and Dora Deziel (Boisvert).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Therese Pilarski (Gary), Anne Marie Smoke (Bailey Matsuda) and Rick Smoke (Amy); her grandchildren, John Pilarski, Hannah Asbury (Jake) and Thomas Pilarski (Julia Anderson); and her great grandchild Theodore Asbury. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
