He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward and Maxine Dolores Toon (Koeppen); and his sister-in-law Tracy Boukra. He is survived by: his husband Anthony Shakeshaft; his children, Daniel Toon (Rita Kusmayani) of Louisiana, Edward Toon (Tammy) of California and Nadia Boukra (Leon Simms) of England; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Anderson, Theia Toon and Noella Simms. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
