He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaither Cruise and Cornelia Cruise (Patton). He is survived by: his daughter Cathleen Cruise-Thompson (Philip) of Dexter, Michigan; his grandchildren, Taylor, Emma and Zoe; the mother of his child Peggy Inouye of Hawaii; and his brothers, Robert Cruise of Virginia and John Cruise of Idaho.
