He is survived by: his mother Concepcion Rodriguez (Escamilla); his children, Rudy Rodriguez, Carlos "Chuck" Rodriguez Jr., Kristina Rodriguez, Melissa Gillean (Eric), Lidia Rodriguez, Nickolas Rodriguez, Jamison Rodriguez, Selena Rodriguez and Sarah Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Angel, Lauryn, Shaun, Gavin, Ellieana, Niko, Jordan, Autumn, Darian, Adrianna, Tyler, Alyssa, London, Madison and Isabel; his great grandchildren, Josiah, Armoni and Darian Jr.; his close friends, Charlene Gillean, Karen Blair, Adam Smith, Sara Dolan, Noah Karr, Tammy, Haley, Monica and Jessie; and his siblings, Jose Rodriguez Sr. (Vicky), Leon Rodriguez (Virginia), Diane Rodriguez, Roy Rodriguez, Ofelia Wilson and Daniel Rodriguez (Jackie).
