He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Dowd; his grandchildren, Tara Dowd and Shane Dowd; his sibling's children, Thomas Voelker II (Cassie) and Francae Coote; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Johnathon, Allyson and Richard; and his close friend Janet Smeltzer.
