He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fulton and Blanche Fulton (VanLuven). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Conley; his children, Melissa Green of Freeland and Kurt Fulton of Chesaning; his grandsons, Zachary and Noah Green; and his sister-in-law Lela Chappell of Chesaning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
