He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Palmer and Mildred Palmer (Kettler); and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Shirley Walker. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Palmer; his children, Fred Palmer, Amanda Palmer-Blake and Holly Couchman (Bill); his grandchildren, Korynn, Mika, Lexxi, Alexander, Liam, Wyatt and Devyn; his brother Ronald Palmer; and his friend Mary Adams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (1629 Brady St, Chesaning, MI 48616). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations can be made to the Palmer family, in honor of Fred.
