He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richmond and Ella Richmond (Burns); his son Todd; his granddaughter Jessica Richmond; and his siblings, James Emeott and Barbra Weber.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Bessinger; his children, Bobbi Larrabee (Jay), Terri Lummie, Scott Richmond and Wendy Sokhanvari; his grandchildren, Trisha, Kathrine, Scott Jr., Bryan, Jason, Elizabeth, David, Emma and Abby; and his siblings, Betty O'Brian, Melvin Richmond and Carole Richmond.
Following Covid-19 guidelines, masks must be worn, and social distancing practiced at the funeral home and at the church.
