He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcid F. Piper and Berniece R. Piper (Keilen); his former wife Roxanne Sperry; and his siblings, Dennis Piper and Patty Holder.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Piper of California and Mary Adams of California.
