Richard McDougall Obituary

The memory of Richard McDougall of Chesaning, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Demott and Mildred Demott; and his daughter-in-law Becky McDougall. He is survived by: his children, Richard K. McDougall (Loretta McLaughlin) of Chesaning, Deb Hafner (Don) of St. Charles, Diane LaVigne (David) of Traverse City, Cherrie Giesken (Doug) of Prudenville, Sandy Kunik (Dave) of St. Charles, Jeff McDougall (Ryann) of Chesaning and Kelly McDougall (Lisa) of Interlochen. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter Parish Catholic Church (404 S Wood St., Chesaning, MI 48616). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
