He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessmer Rider and Florence Rider (Bliss); his sister Marianne Cook; and his stepson Paul Cole. He is survived by: his wife Janene Cole; his children, Brian Rider (Rowena) and Amy Worden (Jay); his stepchildren, Mark Cole (Traci) of Chesaning and Kelly Campbell (Greg) of Frankenmuth; his grandchildren, Sarah Rider, Jacob Worden, Joshua Worden and Nikki; his stepgrandchildren, Conner Campbell (Hailei), Bryce Campbell, Aiden Campbell, Kaitlin Cole, Mark Cole Jr. and Olivia Powell (Tony); his great grandchild Nevaeh Powell; his sister Donna Croslin; his brother-in-law Jeff Cook; his close friends, Ed Rogers and Barry Meiser; his nieces and nephews, Shelly Cook, Wayne Cook, Chaz Croslin and Cheryl Ware (Tim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Ware (Reuana), Brandon Ware (Catie Bullard) and Kaitlin Peterson (Austin).
