She is survived by : her children, Margaret Koza of China Township, Melissa Adel (Bob) of South Rockwood, Daniel Koza (Jennifer) of Marysville, Diana Pate (Bob) of Clay Township, Cyndee Jonseck (Dennis) of Greenwood Township and Donald Koza of Washington Township; her grandchildren, Michael Koza, Ryan Pate (Hannah Bingham), Matthew Koza (Janelle Paparelli), Daniel Dietrich (Brooke), Duane Jonseck (Alysia Edgerton), Nicholas Pate, Morgan Dietrich (Brady Ferguson), Brooke Bosman (Cameron), Alec Ziza (Alison Williams), Jacob Jonseck, Lauryn Ziza, Olivia Koza, Ayden Pate, Emily Koza, Carly Adel and Robert Adel; her great grandchildren, Aubree Pate and Jaxson Bosman; and her siblings, Mary Belkowski (Mike), Dorothy Warner, Judy Goolsby (Gary), Rita Willick, John Butler (Paula), Michael Butler (Connie) and Joe Butler (Sheryl).
