He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stark; his children, Robert Kissee, Melissa Kissee, Josh Letts, Susie Fike (David Christian), Adam Shea (Tammy) and Timothy Sutton; and his brothers, Cody Forist and Donny Forist. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
