He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bay and Elizabeth Bay (Allen); his wife Betty J. Swartz; his brothers, Larry, Norris and Loren; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Rose Ricolo and Jessica Nicole Knapp.
He is survived by: his children, Tamey Lee Knapp (Will) of Texas, Donald Bay of Clare, Belinda Sue Lane (Ronald) of Pennsylvania and Bettie Eileen Ricolo (Jay) of Clare, Seven; his close friend Dianna Lee; and his sisters, Sharon Renny of Grant, Mi. and Betty Haynes of Illinois. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, several Great-grandchildren.
