Shurlow (Sara), Gaylord, Sara Lambier (Wes) of LaSalle and Ontario; his mother Wilma Shurlow-Phillips (Moine); his stepmother MaryAnn Shurlow of Clare; his brother Dr. Charles (Krista); his stepsiblings, Brian David (Jenny) of Clare, Angela Mustafa and Dustin Phillips; his grandchildren, Madalyn, Breanna, Alissa, Harper, Hayden, Peyton and Jozlyn; and his nephews, Ryan and Austin Shurlow.
