With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet K. Pauquette (Clare, Michigan), who passed away on May 18, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Rollin Vernell Carey and Ruth Lucile Carey (Randle); her daughters, Shawn Pauquette-Schalm (Edwin) of Clare and Carey Pauquette of Mount Pleasant; her grandsons, Dylan Schalm and Avery Schalm; her daughter Etta Strong; and her brothers, Doug Carey (Sherrie), Aaron Carey (Laura) and Rick Carey (Vicki).

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy to support land conservation and public outreach regarding Michigan's natural resources.
