She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvid Hicks and Helen Hicks (Holton); her husband Donald E. Blow; and her brother Thomas A. Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Blow of Jackson Springs, NC and Gary (Jen) Blow; and her grandchildren, Ryan Blow of Newport News, VA and Trista McKinney of Moscow, PA.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clare United Methodist Church (105 E 7th St, Clare, MI 48617).
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church.
