He was predeceased by : his mother Evelyn Warner (Bellinger); his stepmother Mary Jo Warner; and his grandparents, Henry Warner (Dorothy) and Marion Bellinger. He is survived by : his father Stanley Warner; his wife Karen Chinavare; his sons, Nicholas Warner of Austin, TX and Samuel Warner of Dallas, TX.; his siblings, Troy Lee (Cindy), Brian Warner (Kellie), Greg Warner and Janelle Warner; his mother-in-law Linda Chinavare; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Chinavare (Sarah) and Ken Chinavare (Jodi). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the animal shelter of your choice or Make a Wish Foundation.
